★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two salesmen I dealt with were nice, but the finance manager I did the deal with left a bad taste in my mouth. Didn't really come to a happy resolution post lease. For me, the experience with the dealer and brand have been the worst of any car I've purchased or leased over the past few years.
Ricardo, the GM, is a great guy and was very communicative and supported the situation to the best of his ability.

I was an out of town buyer and Victor made the experience for me seamless going above and beyond to send me photos and videos and picking me up from the ferry terminal. Even after the sale was complete he followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Very impressed with Victor and the entire staff at the dealership who were all very friendly and welcoming when I arrived to get my car. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience with Applewood Mitsubishi! The customer service was great! The environment is super friendly and they always come and greet you when you come in through their doors. They were helpful and have great deals on their cars. Also, I like how they check up on you on regular bases at least once every one to two months just to see how you and the car are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute pleasure meeting Arjan! He made the sales process efficient and provided a personalized experience. Also, exceeded expectations when showing car features with a preview before the appointment, which was GREAT!
Highly recommend checking them for yourself! Even if you’re just looking at car options, I’m sure they’ll be happy to assist and give recommendations based on your car needs!
Service department is also very helpful and was willing to help with purchasing winter tires!

A big shout out to Andrew Lloyd! He was our super knowledgable service advisor while my husband and I were in getting our vehicle serviced. Our service was quick and easy with absolutely no pushy sales. The waiting area was clean and tidy with lots of different seating to choose from. Bathroom super clean and the coffee top notch. - I am a real customer, the experience was just that amazing.
