What a fantastic experience! Was helping my daughter-in-law find a plug-in-electric vehicle and she actually found a Ford Escape hybrid with all of the options she wanted - over the phone with sales expert Brett. Brett provided all the information required and she was able to line everything up prior to heading in to the dealership to pick the vehicle up. She is over the top happy. The service was exceptional, phenomenal. From Brett finding the exact vehicle she wanted and arranging the sale, to Betty going over the vehicle functions and options and Karen going over the business end. We were even able to take care of insurance right at the dealership. Easy peasy. And the vehicle itself - beautiful. Long time since we've had a Ford and the quality is amazing. Bang and Olefson sound system, spectacular panoramic sun roof, great tech package. Great ride. Great design. Super, super pleased with the vehicle, One of the best experiences in 40+ years of buying new vehicles. Brett knows his vehicles and understands the industry. The others we dealt were also very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better service! Definitely recommend this dealership for honest, straight forward sales, and ease of purchase.

Never come back again. I sent the car for inspection as my first time here, the service said they need overnight to do the work and I have to rent a car by myself. Well, it's ok I paid the rental fee. However, the next day I came to pick up my car, they said they didn't find any problems, and I have to pay $200 more for nothing. My car is still in the factory warranty, they didn't do any fix things and charge me $200. What a ridiculous thing! They will fool new customers. Do not go to this store for anythings. Never!

Top notch experience with Ivo and Calvin in the service department. I had my 2019 F-150 rear differential fail leaving me stranded on the roadside. After getting the vehicle towed to Cam Clark in Richmond, the staff immediately took care of all my vehicles repairs promptly and professionally. Superlative performance guys. Special thank you to Ken Spence at Cam Clark Kamloops in the parts department for recommending this location.

Honestly if I could give less than 1 star this is definitely the case. I have been buying cars from this dealership since the mid 90s, and my family have been Lincoln and Ford clients since the early 80s. Over the past year and a half ford in general has gone down in customer service, especially at Cam Clark. Ever since Cam Clark took over this place has been a dumpster fire. The sales and finance department are the pits and lack any type of customer service. I have never met such a lazy and rude group of individuals. I am currently switching all family and business vehicles out of ford's and all my referrals both business and personal will be following suit. It's sad that it has had to come to this. The only saving grace is your service department, they are really under appreciated by clients and the dealership. Get back to treating customers like family, but I guess that no longer applies to your business.

Service department needs improvements, below average. We take most of our trucks to Mainland Ford and somehow Mainland ford delivers outstanding service compare to these guys. It takes 3 hours for sensor install that would take mainland ford 30 min, as we had same problem on other trucks before. And price 60% more compare to Mainland ford.

I would like to issue a 100/100 to Kenny Wong team, a month ago I have visited a Ford last year from Mr Wong, I have received an exceptional service from him, and me and my wife recently made a decision to get a new car, so I visited Mr Wong again for his advise, my original plan was visiting at least three dealers to compare which offer was the best. Ford was the first stop, Mr Wong again had delivered exceptional client experience and for myself I didn’t even want to go another dealer for comparing .We have made purchased decision without comparing other dealer’s offer because we believed that this would be the best offer we can have at the Ford Richmond. Again, because of fantastic experience, Ford Richmond is always the first choice when I consider to buy a car. And I have referred my friends to Mr Wong as well, when you decide to buy a car , you deserve a high end experience. You will definitely be received that from Mr Kenny Wong.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and just a pleasure to deal with. From the initial call all the way to finalizing the paperwork it was just an amazing experience overall. Brett, the salesperson, was not only very professional and patient, but he was very personable and easy to communicate with. Karen, on the finance aspect of the deal was very professional too, and I felt that she was very thorough and helped us to make sense of the numbers and terms. Betty was also wonderful to talk to as she walked us through the functionality of the vehicle itself. All-in-all I would be shocked if there is a better sales team in Richmond.
