Made the mistake of bringing my 2019 Land Rover there for maintenance. These guys charged me me $600 for service that should only cost $200 the first time around. Next service call they went up to $800, I thought this was all normal cost. They would of gotten away with it too, but despite being promised a rental car a day earlier they left me waiting in the lounge for over an hour and when I asked the advisor what was going on he simply said they had zero intentions of issuing me a rental car and I was to wait for at least the 4 hours sitting there. I was livid and took my keys and went on to my next meeting, essentially wasted 3 hours of my time. You would get better service from a Kia dealership than with these clowns.

Bought some parts for my Range Rover. Roxanne in parts was amazing. She had my part overnighted to the dealership when other dealerships in Vancouver could not get the part. Absolutely amazing service from the moment you walk in. Would strongly recommend to go to this dealer before all else! Thanks again Roxanne!

Service date -April 26,2022 Service Advisor – 9504 Since buying my Range Rover 2018 I have always brought it back to Richmond for service and they have always been great. This time around I was shocked at the service level from receptionist to the Service Advisor. Except for the gentleman that gave me the keys to the loaner car. He was cheery and pleasant to deal with. He even remembered me when I brought the loaner back. (5 stars for him) Receptionist – if you do not intend to serve me a beverage do not ask me if I wanted one. Both times when I dropped off and to pick up my car. Seems like it was just lip service. Service advisor – I brought my car in for a regular service plus a nail in my driver side rear tire. He assured that they would look at all the tires. I don’t think he paid any attention to what I said to him. He continued to upsell me on other services that he said I needed. Which I agreed to. 4 hours later, I get an email saying that they recommend new brakes and tires, which I declined When I picked up my car, I was told everything has been taken care of. I specifically asked is the nail out? The advisor (which is not the same one from the morning) told me nothing was found. They topped off the air in all the tires. He said it mostly wasn’t a nail and has fallen off. As I approach the car, the first thing I saw was the nail head in the tire. I like to know how you determine I need new tires and brakes? You must have to look at the tires to determine that?? and yet you can’t see a big (not tiny) nail in my tire. Which I specifically told the advisor which tire it was in. If I didn’t see it, I would have left and had to come back again. I had to wait almost an hour to get it taken out. All I got from the advisor was β€œI’m sorry I gave the service guy hell”. Range Rover Richmond you can do better.

The service I received at LR Richmond has been by far the best service I have received from any of the Luxury dealerships I have brought my cars to. Being new to this dealership I didn't know where the service entrance was so I went around the building, the mechanics were quite friendly and pointed me to the right direction. Once inside the dealership, the girls at reception greeted me and kindly directed me to the waiting are and offered me refreshments. Once I met with Arthur, he pointed out some of the services thay needed to be done in order to maintain my vehicle's performance. Once done I was provided with a courtesy ride to my place of work, the driver was courteous and friendly. When I picked up my car, I fell in love with all over again, the wash they gave it made the Firenze Red shine like never before, well like when it was brand new. The rims were cleaned and it looked stunning. Arthur and LR team thank you for the excellent service provided from the moment I drove in to the moment I drove out. I'll be more than happy to come back again!

My wife and I purchased an used Range Rover in Jaguar Land Rover Richmond and had a pleasant car buying experience. Tandle is very professional sales person, kind and with an excellent communication skills. The dealership may want to offer an small gift to the customers when buying this luxury brand. Overall experience was very good!

Excellent experience every time I visit the dealership. Brian Lo in sales has been very helpful over the years since I purchased my Range Rover. Arthur in the service department is excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Landrover Richmond.
