I have only great things to say. When I purchased my car I purchased the extra package for dents or scratches. I had made an appt to have the service done on my car and the small scratches fixed and I must say I had great service and even had Gil Santos drive me to a place in Richmond where I had to buy a few new furniture items as I am moving next week. I had great awesome service from John Fishman who arranged all the service needs for my car and had Gil Santos help me with some paperwork as I am paying out my car in full as he helped me with the paperwork. I could not be any happier with the service from these two individuals and outstanding service. I had my car done on time as promised and cleaned washed just so happy. Total con. They wanted $257 for an oil change. They try and justify it by doing β€œinspections” that no one needs. The same service at the Audi dealership in Halifax costs half as much.

Volkswagen in Richmond Automall are the best! They are upfront and operate with integrity. We trust them to look after our Jetta and they haven't let us down. Extremely pleased with the service and the go the extra mile attitude to ensure your satisfaction. Shuttle drivers Chris and Joe are great people as is everyone else in the Service department.

My sales consultant, Mac Wu was outstanding in his service. I bought a 2019 Range Rover and he satisfied all my needs. He was awesome and I can't wait to refer my friends + family to him. I couldn't believe the outstanding service he provided as I've worked in the automotive industry before and have never seen anything like it. If you visit Land Rover Richmond, make sure to go see Mac :)

I've bought 2 cars from this dealer and have never, ever had better service than here. The dealers are incredibly transparent with their vehicles and all costs associated with them. Most are very knowledgable about the competition and are not afraid to compare based on your needs. And that's what really comes first here is your needs. What can you afford, what do your want. They'll make sure you don't walk out with any regrets or discomfort.

Had my Jetta serviced a few weeks ago, Jackson was awesome right from the start when I entered the door up to the end when everything was done. He was very personable and not pushy in terms of getting the service my car needs (coming from a female that knows nothing about car maintenance!). I will definitely come back come back there, they know what they're doing and they do it really well.

We purchased our Mercedes GLK 250 BlueTec Diesel from Jaguar Land Rover of Richmond. We found the purchase experience exceptional and loved our sales represenative Li Chen, who was profesional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. We live in Peachland BC and flew to Vancouver to pick up our car. The complimentary airport service was an added bonus and very much appreciated. One of the things that stood out for us was that every customer received the same "first class" treatment. It didn't matter if you were purchasing a new Jaguar, Land Rover or, as in our case a pre-owned vehicle. . Another thing we liked was no high pressure sales staff, the representatives listen and inform and there are no hidden agendas or surprises. I have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Everything was smooth, easy and well organized. A big thank you to our represenative Li Chen, to the lot employee who picked us up at the airport and to the insurance agent. You all made our experience a pleasure. Your customer service, profesionalism and courtesy is bar none. We love, and are happy with our GLK. Thank You. Mike and Kim Evasin.
