★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were happy and satisfied with Simon and the sales team. They served us well.
Yesterday we went for our first maintenance service (we bought brand-new) and it was terrible. We were dropped off at our destination by the shuttle service and was left outside waiting in the cold for the pickup and nearly an hour later we got to know that the driver didn't leave the office yet ( it's a 15 minutes drive) .
The worst thing was the manager, Gus, he didn't try any effort to help but suggested that we deserved it by saying that it's our decision to leave the store during the maintenance. Then he hung up the phone!
Can you imagine that a service manager will serve you in that way?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce dragged me in for an appointment to see a vehicle that happened that have "just left the lot that morning". My appointment was in the late afternoon. I took time off work to go to it. It feels like it was a shady used car salesman tactic to get me on the lot. Maybe he was just super busy. In any case, a simple check of the inventory took 2 seconds when I was there. This could have easily been done when we communicated that day prior to the appointment after the vehicle had already "left the lot".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as I contacted Kirk Hollander, he went out of his way to find me a Jeep 2 door Rubicon. If I am not mistaken I was his first client when he started working at Richmond Chrysler Auto Mall.
He is so kind and explains every details of the vehicle. He listens to my son’s questions and answers them with a lot of patience and care.
Without hesitation I give him a 10+ and new buyers do not hesitate to contact him. He is absolutely amazing with a good heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirk was amazing! Made buying a vehicle so easy and fast and was so personal. We will tell all our friends and family to call Kirk. Kirk and his brother where so good with our daughter and kept her busy when we were going through the whole process. They made her feel like she was involved and had a say in everything!!!
We were just searching for vehicle Saturday night. He called within few minutes of submitting my request.

And I must say, after the tedious process and plenty of dealership visits I have not come across anyone who compares to Dennis and Kirk. They made sure all my needs are met, they were not pushy, they respect your personal time and were just overall pleasant. If I intend to buy another car they’ll be the first ones I’ll contact for sure! Highly recommend this dealership as well, compared to all the other dealerships in Richmond Automall they have the MOST PERSONABLE STAFF, EVERYONE WAS JUST PLEASANT! compared to other dealerships that are snooty and makes you wait so long for nothing. This dealership made sure that I feel that they want my business. If you’re looking for anything look for Kirk and Dennis they are the absolute best! If I can give them 10 stars I would. ✨⭐️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 3 vehicles from Richmond Chrysler. They atmosphere is friendly. It has a pretty old school vibe. Lots of cheesy, salesman talk compared some of the other dealerships I'd spoken with. Eg., "because I like you, I'm going to give you a special deal". Hilarious!
I ended up purchasing a new Ram 1500 Classic. I felt we got a very good deal after some hard negotiating (I wish that was unnecessary). Kirk was easy to deal with. Product knowledge was mediocre.
After purchase I spotted an issue with the paint, and they were pretty accommodating about getting it repaired and making sure we were happy. If you want any extras added to your vehicle, negotiate these before the deal is done, because you won't be getting any discounts after the deal is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the vehicle shortage in North America I looked around for what i wanted.
I picked up today a jeep wrangler 4xe high altitude sahara.
I dealt with kirk in sales and finished off with Jordan in financing, we had some technical difficulties on my side with paper work they where very patient and dealt with the problems.
My intent is not to sway someone to a sales person or a dealership, just to share my experience, and honestly it was not bad, with h many ahitty companies are out there I'd consider sending someone here if it was something they where looking for.
My self I am happy with my jeep, a daily driver for work that will get me there and home on electric, and then I can play with the hybrid mode for travel and fun, yep I signed up for my toy!! Quack quack!
Just adjusting this score, I wad happy with most of my interaction, but honestly these guys seem not to care about their customers once they leave.
I'll be glad not to have to deal with them next year when I trade up to my hummer.
Update, this dealership has not contacted me since cr Mr review change I had to phone to contact them about their promises, it's like me as a customer was just thrown away.
Honestly I will be suggesting none of my friends go here.
