I was given a truly fair price for my trade. With the floods here in BC, the highways were closed. My salesperson Andy Ho, was very professional and worked closely with me to secure and hold my purchase, until the highway reopened. Upon my arrival from Central BC to the dealership in Richmond. I found the entire process was seamless, and the most positive vehicle purchase I've experienced. Judy the financial advisor was efficient and very professional, there was no pressure to purchase any additional products. Daniel the lot person was awesome he saved me a huge amount of time and effort by transferring the large amount of equipment from one vehicle to another. Thanks Daniel. This has been the best vehicle purchase I've ever had, much thanks to Andy, Judy and Daniel.

I bought a 2018 AMG GLE 43 this November, running this vehicle around 1000km, I have already encountered two coolant leakages. It is a star-certified vehicle and I did not even know it leaks coolant when I made the purchase, and not only once, but twice. The most absurd thing happens today. Only a few days after this vehicle came back from the service center. The yellow engine malfunction light went on. I need an explanation of all these problems. I understand it is a pre-owned vehicle, however, I still paid my money for a precise German machine instead of a piece of junk that goes to repair every two weeks. This is my first car, Mercedes is my dream brand when I was a kid. Nevertheless, the experience is just horrible.

I had started the process at another dealer. Not satisfied I decided to look elsewhere that was Richmond. What a difference maker. His starting point was much better and so was the finish.
