Tina was very pleasant, and helpful, and I was even able to set up and work comfortably while I waited for my vehicle to be returned - with open access to fabulous coffee.
Tina was such a big part of my positive experience at OpenRoad Hyundai - she was polite, courteous, and highly informative. I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. 5 Stars.

I routinely check in with Tina and she’s always diligent and professional at what she does. It’s also a comfy facility to wait in while servicing is being done!

Big reason we keep coming back is Mikaella in the service department, who is friendly, reliable and knows her stuff. I currently bring my Subaru here for servicing because they are just that good!

My friend and I both ordered from him because of his amazing service. Daniel Lee ( Delivery Specialist )and Raymond Chen (Financial Services Associate) were also very helpful. I had such a great experience with them and I have no hesitation to recommend this location to my friends!

I have been to a different Hyundai store in the past and the treatment was nowhere near standard, so when I had to take my car to this store I was skeptical and thought I would receive a similar treatment as elsewhere. I was 100 percent wrong as from the beginning I was greeted and efficiently helped in less than 5 minutes. Mikaella, asked me a few questions and in just a few minutes I felt comfortably enough to sit back and just wait for my car to be done. They told me it would take 1 hour including a free car wash! They got it done in less than anticipated.
I recommend this place, and if in the future I need to purchase a vehicle I now know where to go!

I bought my Genesis G70 here last month. The sales team was amazing. It was the smoothest and hassle-free car purchase I’ve ever had.
Yesterday, I dropped car off for a little tweaking and the amazing service crew took care of my car from start to finish.
