We had a quick and clear communication. Mackie, our car dealer, was so excellent with his service. He made the whole process easy and precised. I would recommend OpenRoad Toyota Richmond if you guys plan to get a car and just look for Macki as he is a true gentleman, informative and very good car salesman.

He provided me with all the information that I asked for accurately and was very patient. I love my new car and will be coming contacting Hamid in the future if I want to purchase another one. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to OpenRoad Toyota Richmond to have my flat tire fixed and have my 4Runner serviced. I was so happy to have James Murphy as my Service Advisor. This is the second time I had James as Service Advisor and I was just so happy that he ended up as my Service Advisor again. He was very nice and helpful which is really very important to me. He made me feel that my 4Runner and I were in good hands and we weren’t just a number or just another customer. All the issues were fixed and he kept me updated during my servicing. It’s because of people like James Murphy that will make me keep coming back to OpenRoad Toyota for servicing. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to have him as my Service Advisor next time. Excellent service and such a wonderful service advisor!

My car problems turned out to be complicated and involved much more than a simple engine fix. Max stayed on top of everything, regularly updated me, answered all questions, problem solved and ensured excellent care and continuity through it all.
Max provided a level of positivity, professionalism and service, from start to finish, that sets a gold standard for what service should be. He was fully engaged in doing his very best on behalf of Toyota, and I am very appreciative.
Max did more than provide great service, he absolutely perfectly MANAGED every aspect of my car's repairs, and my experience as a customer could not have been better. He was fully engaged in doing the absolute best he could. for me & my car - it just goes to show what is possible when an intelligent, thoughtful and dedicated person is invested in their work: Max was determined to do his best for his employer AND his customer!
I will stick with Toyota as my go-to place for our next new cars, and there is no-one I trust more to service our vehicles than Max and the Toyota Service dept. Honestly, I rarely leave reviews, but Max deserves this! Hang on to him Toyota, not only is Max a keeper, he is clearly an obvious choice for teaching others on the fine art of providing excellent, nuanced customer care along with great car servicing!!
