I was also informed that there are 3 outstanding recalls on the vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle fixed and all the recalls done on the same appointment. My service advisor, Mika, was very professional, keeping me updated throughout the day. Mika is an absolute asset to this dealership. Excellent work guys!

She was brilliant in her approach and listened to my concerns patiently and most importantly , acted positively. She is surely a great asset for this team. Terry, was the other advisor, who was very courteous and finished my billing. Last but not the least, it was a pleasure seeing the old Mgr. Matt still working there. He has a very warm and positive influence for this service team. Overall, all I can safely say that if you need professional, timely and great service for your vehicle with genuine care for you as a customer, always come to this location. Again, shouting out for your team, Matt and Tina. Well-done Guys.

I called in to get a quote for a brake light change and their representative wouldn't give a specific quote. Just kept deviating from the question. When I asked that is there any way to get a price for my repair order. She said and I quote, "yes, but it's too much work and she's not doing it because I'll have to wait for a long time and the parts department is usually very busy at 8:30 am in the morning (without even checking)". At that point, it really just feels like you want the customer to say no and try somewhere else.

As early as 7:30am, Mikaella was both delightful and direct, which are qualities I value a lot when dealing with automobile services. I normally don't resort to the dealer for repairs and maintenance, but the nature of my fix needed some added level of warranty. Mikaella was able to schedule my diagnostics and related repairs as soon as possible, and made sure all my available options were clearly discussed. I felt that Mikaella valued my opinions and had no hidden intentions to sell me on additional services. All-in-all, my car was fixed in 2 days. I had an original quote from a private mechanic for 3x the price and at least a week of repairs. Will be coming back - thank you Mikaella!

Both of them thoroughly explained what type of Service I should be getting to my vehicle and why. They also went above and beyond to explain to me what my warranty covered, and also did a bit of extra maintenance to ensure my vehicle was properly serviced. They were able to set me up last minute with a rental vehicle so that I had a car to drive. Great experience and I definitely recommend them!
