I was about to make a decision to Lexus this time because we had a Nissan Rogue for more than 7 years.  However, 2 reasons stopped us from going to Lexus. 1. We always had a good impression at Applewood Nissan services.  Always easy to make a service schedule.   Very friendly and helpful staffs made me feel that I am getting the premium services. 2. Michael and Mark helped me with my QX-50. (Amazing Vehicle!) Michael was very calm and tried to listen to my needs. He didn't try to give me any pressure but he helped me with customer service spirit.  Michael's manager Mark ended up calling the general manager to help me close the deal. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.  Michael and other staff stayed till midnight to help me with the vehicle. I really appreciate all your help Applewood Infiniti.  I will try my best to let my friends know that you guys are professionals with big customer service hearts.   PS. I am so sorry that I forgot my seafood chow mein. haha

I have been servicing with Applewood Infiniti for a long time. My service advisor Peter knew that my lease is almost up so he introduced me to Sam & Andrew. Andrew is very knowledgeable on the Infiniti product line up and Sam is very easy to talk to when we came down to the numbers. I came in to get my first car since coming here. Our sales rep Sahil Rana was very informative, helpful and answered all of our inquiries. The whole team at this location is wonderful and very attentive about details and taste of its customer. It was a very pleasant experience will visit and purchase in future.

Words can’t express how grateful and thankful I am for the hard work Andrew, Sam, Masih and the entire finance team assisted to get me approved for the Infinity 2021 QX50. My credit score was not the greatest so I was shopping around with used car dealerships. However, the car I wanted was at Applewood Infinity Richmond, so I called and was honest and upfront with Andrew regarding my credit status. Most other official car dealerships would have turn me away, but Andrew said I should try no matter what. He advised he has a great finance department and they will try their best to get me in the vehicle I wanted. So I went in, talked to Andrew and Sam. There was no pressure, just straight honest answers and opinion. They treated me as a friend, not as a customer, which made me feel so relieved. Most times when you have a less than fair credit the lenders look down on you, but this was never the situation at this dealership. So I went ahead with the application, but was very nervous waiting for the results. I kept calling Andrew to check on the status of the application, I was actually afraid I was starting to annoy him at one point. However that was not the case. He approach every question with professionalism, explained in detail the process and the difference with his dealership compared to others. This kept me calm and patient, and behold within 2 days after, I received a phone call from Sam advising I had been approved. To be very honest, I was not expecting to get approved, I still don’t know how they managed to get me approved. Then when I signed the papers with Masih, he told me I got an even lower interest rate. This was just the icing on the cake. If anyone is looking to finance a vehicle, I highly recommend Applewood Infinity Richmond . You will not be disappointed, take my word. Until now i still can’t believe what they did for me, just unbelievable. From a very very satisfied customer!!!

Bought a car here this month. From start to finish the service was excellent. Gurvir was professional and super friendly throughout the whole process. He was very helpful in pointing us to the car that best suit our needs. I hate the paperwork associated with buying a new car, but at least the team here made it tolerable. Good bunch of people here, and if you like Infiniti's there's hardly a better place to get one.
