★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was circling around from Hyundai Boundary dealership to Genesis Connected service call center about transferring the warranty and getting maintenance service for my pre-owned G70. It was still registered under the previous owner and a lot of Boundary reps i talked to didnt seem to be able to understand nor guide me accordingly. (i wonder why though? I work in sales/service industry and a lot of times i run into situations I wasn't trained for, but I call or ask my support to resolve the issue, which is what the Boundary reps should've done. *not particularly angry with the Boundary reps but the experience could have been much better.)
I called this Richmond location and the service center lady comprehended my situation instantly and opened up a new profile and booked an appointment for service maintenance in 3 minutes. I have been promoting Genesis and I will definitely bring more business to this location.

Harv went above and beyond my expectations in terms of customer service; he was polite and enthusiastic and didn't try to pressure me into making a decision sooner than I wanted to. I was upfront in my expectations and Harv was genuine about whether he could meet them or not. Overall it was a very refreshing buying experience and I would highly recommend Harv and the Genesis Richmond team if you're in the market for a Genesis.

Ravi was great help as he was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about the products but also gave me space to explore the vehicle/go on a test drive myself. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend reaching out to Ravi if you do decide to come here and check out a Genesis product.

He was great and provided us lots of detailed info about the new GV70. He offered us 2 demos to try so that we can experience different options and packages. I also received great service from Ravi after ordering the car. He kept me fully informed of what the productions and delivery dates should be. Overall just a great experience!!!!!

David had updated us step by step patiently. He explained everything in a really professional manner. We are happy for having such nice experience. We will be back again to David for our next car if it be another Genesis.
