Shout out to Signature Mazda for making the process of buying a vehicle such a great experience. We came over from the island to purchase this vehicle and were in and out of the dealership with financing and insurance complete within a couple of hours. All the staff were amazing !! Big rave to William who helped me through the process and made it so very easy, so much was done prior to even arriving and it went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.... even treating my kids to some snacks from the vending machine and giving them signature Mazda panda stuffies (which made them super happy). We are so very excited with this purchase. Highly recommend.

I went to this dealership because I had researched buying a new car and have decided on a Mazda. No salespeople at all in the showroom. Even the receptionist ignored me. She looked right at me but went back to whatever she was doing. I couldn't even get a salesperson's attention to stop playing on their computer in their office and come help me. I waited around for 10 minutes but they were just too busy to take my cash I guess. We'll never know because tomorrow I am heading to a different dealership. I will never be back. *****UPDATE : I went to Midway Mazda today where I received excellent service. Bought a 2022 Mazda 3Turbo. Paid cash. Too bad Signature. You shouldn't judge people by what they look like.

The fastest and most effective car purchase I've ever experienced. I am especially satisfied by the fact that all purchasing steps, from the first entrance to a dealership, to a vehicle inspection and drive-out, were handled by highly professional women! I appreciate breaking the stereotypical mould of car dealerships being a predominantly 'male affair' and bringing this particular experience to a new height in modern standards of professionalism. I have to send my sincere kudos to my sales consultant, Ms. Centy Lau! She was amazing! Also, the management was modern visionary in that sense, and my kudos go to them for that too!

Signature Mazda staffs always very helpful and knowledgeable, but Mazda car I strongly not recommend it. It needs twice services a year and always with surprise. I have Mazda 3 with only 25000 km , they told me I need to change the brake caliper because we drove too less Km and parked with my Electric brake on. Not mention it needs to re alignment 2 times , and all other repair. We didn’t hit anything. Durability not as Good as Toyota or Honda.

I recently had the pleasure of picking up my 3rd Mazda from Signature Mazda. As per usual the process was seamless and easy. In my personal experience , Danny the sales manager worked diligently to secure a vehicle in a market where I could not find a new vehicle to fit my needs. Justin Kim was very thorough in setting up all the new features and technology during the delivery process. Just bought a CX9 Signature from here! It was our first car purchase as completely new immigrants in Canada. Marco from Sales and Aaron from Finance were both super helpful in answering our questions and tried the best to match our needs. Definitely check them out if you're looking at buying a Mazda in Vancouver.

I just signed my THIRD lease with this company. Justin Kim from their Retention Department was extremely helpful every step of the way and made the process so streamline. He even kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle coming in from the manufacturer and let me pick the date & time that was convenient for me to pick it up. His great customer service shows he truly cares about his clients and that he enjoys what he does. Thank you Justin and the Mazda team for getting me into my new 2022 CX-5 and honouring all requests I've made, which were quite a few haha!

Arash and his service team know how to deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My only regret when it comes to my mazda 2 2013 is buying it from freeway mazda instead of this location. Corrine is always very friendly and courteous on the phone, super accommodating and very informative. 10/10 would reccomend to all family and friends. They have a lovely outdoor seating area for customers waiting for service. Such a nice personal touch. Unlike other dealerships I have visited which are full of sharky salesmen Signature Mazda is a cut above the rest. Thank you Arash and the entire team here in the Richmond Auto Mall!!!
