I stood there waiting for someone to ask if I needed any assistance. Instead, the sale associates walked around me. I stood in the middle of the showroom continuously looking around and hoping that someone would get the message that I wanted some assistance. One associate was on their phone and I basically followed her around to see if she would acknowledge me. Its fine if you’re busy. But the least you could do is acknowledge and let us know that someone will be on their way or that it’s going to take some time. I am thoroughly disappointed at the customer service. If you are looking for a new car go somewhere else.

Overall best quality car and great customer service they helped me with a great deal making the pricing work for me and the car I wanted.

They have a lounge of you choose to wait for your car, they also offer courtesy cars for extensive maintenance. Totally recommend the place. If they werent so far from surrey id come by often as just looking at the new cars is a very healing.

So glad that they are all pretty helpful and patient to help me for leasing the satisfied model and provided updates in time before picking up the car. Any question could be relevant to leasing they all have resolutions to work out. And maintenance team is really efficient and reliable. I came across scratching and nail on tire before. The team fix those issues quickly.

I had to wait 30 minutes despite arriving on time for my appointment, the car was delivered with warning lights on which I had to ask them to check before driving away, adding another 20 minutes of waiting. And lastly the car had missing floor mats and a dead second keyfob which they didn't even bother to put a $3 battery in it for customer convenience!

He confirmed that I would be able to bring my car a bit earlier than scheduled and allowed me time to complete tasks and made sure the car was available for well after the finish time. G	Gagan Preet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came in to this dealership for a DAYLIGHT LED RUNNING LAMP ISSUE ON MY 2018 LEXUS NX300, After diagnosing the vehicle I was told that the whole headlight has been burnt out and is not functioning properly and it will cost me approximately 1500$ to replace the headlight and also any additional charges (diagnosis and additional issues) will be made known to me later after the technician finishes replacing the headlight. What I learned was LED lights dont seem to burn out so quickly and 1500$ for a light seemed way out of my price range, so I took the vehicle to a Canadian tire, where they diagnosed the same issue and told me it was a burnt fuse and the part itself is only 5$ to replace the fuse. The headlight started working properly after that. I have never had such a negative experience at another Lexus dealership before. I am pretty sure upselling is the way to go here at this dealership and trying to ripp off customers. Below is the attached proof of the properly functioning headlight.
