 I went to Mazda to pick up the car today, thank you so much for the help of beautiful young lady Leona! ! ! She is a super patient and great service person! This experience was superb! I will introduce other friends next time! Thank you all Mazda staff for their help! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finance person Erica had a sudden attitude change when she learned that we are not financing but paying full cash, likely because it meant that she wouldn't get her bonus or meet her quota. We provided a student transcript as well for $500 rebate clearly outlined on the Mazda website, and she never got back to us. This was 3 years ago. I'm back in the store for servicing and her presence reminded me of this incident. Unbelievably poor service. How she still has her job is unfathomable.
