Excellent experience and customer service. Henry the manager was extremely helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Recommend this location for easy access and prompt attention to details.

Car was clean, Henry was wonderful and i was only charged for one day as i got called back to work unexpectedly. Totally fair in my mind. Enjoy your day my friend. ??

Wasted time and money to get here, very disappointed. I have reserved through the website for a standard SUV and received the booking confirmation. Tried to pick it up the next day but they didn't allow it because of age restrictions. They should have mentioned it in the reservation if age is a problem to begin with. Not a very pleasant experience when a customer has already booked and expected everything, paid for transportation to get to the pick up location and ended up with nothing.

Had a reservation for Saturday. Called in before the pickup time abs was told my reservation was void. I’m here all the way from Toronto abs I made that reservation a month in advance to have them say there’s nothing available. Absolutely inconvenienced. Avoid these guys. I’ve had much better experience with Avis.

Do not recommend this location. 2 weeks after returning the car to this location they contacted me saying we damaged the car but they sent pictures of a completely different car! Good thing I took a video and pictures of the vehicle before returning it. Seems like they’re trying to scam me.

NOT recommended! A tiny hairline “scratch” cost $780! It is nothing related to your driving skill nor carefulness. As an experienced driver, you would know that it could be happened anywhere or in a parking lot. It is not only about money, you also need to spend hours and days to deal with the claim. To be fair, this company also spend time to process the claim and the car could not be rent during “repair”. But don’t worry, this company will charge your admin fee for processing and also loss of use of the car. I would rather consider it as normal depreciation but it is a very ruled company. Don’t expect of negotiation. This company remind in every communications that you DAMAGED the car which really make people feel threatened and nervous. Go and try it if you want to test your luck.

This is without a doubt the worst vehicle rental location I have ever used. 3 weeks after the truck was returned, I am still spending 30-45 minutes a day with them trying to get the incorrect charges resolved. They are polite, but the most incompetent group of workers I have dealt with. Currently my credit card is over billed approximately $1500.

The car they gave me had such a strong smoking odor that I had to hold my breath the entire time I was driving, honestly the worst driving experience in my life. I had to spend time researching on how to deodorize a car and cleaned up the air by myself with vinegar. I don’t know much about rental car business but is that what customers are supposed to accept with a rental car?
