★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever experienced. Told us to leave after making us sign papers for 2 hours and wouldn’t even refund us the money. Gave us a phone number to call to get the money back and that phone number couldn’t even help us. Disgusting people. Wouldn’t recommend. No one knew what they were doing in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the cheapest car rental, the airport guys wanted 1600-2000$ for 9 days plus mileage , these guys charged just under 500$ unlimited miles, the car was super clean , in less then 10 min we were in and out , they were helpful with showing us if any scratches and for us to take pictures. If you fly in you can take the sky train/metro there or call them and they will come get you, it’s 5 min from the airport. If there was 10 stars I would have clicked it, they treated us like gold. Thanks guys Nextcar

At first I thought it was a scam because the price was cheaper than other cars I saw for rent in Richmond. I read reviews and thought aah they paid for those reviews. I definitely needed a car and could not afford the high price of other rentals, so I made my reservation with fingers crossed.
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived in BC. I was picked up at the airport (yeah I had to wait about 30mins, but no different than when I ask a family member to pick me up), and we were the only family in shuttle from airport. The guys in the office were very polite and courteous that even my teenage daughter commented on how polite they were. I received my clean car promptly and had no issues with car for the time I had it. I had a Nissan Kicks which was great on gas. When I returned the car, the polite courteous service was the same and we were shuttled back to the airport with more than enough time to check in. My pre-authorized deposit/hold was released promptly.
I will be renting from Rent A Car Vancouver next time I visit BC.

With them in the market, I wonder how is completion holding up.
They are flexible with timings & offer shuttle service to the airport.
I also liked their honesty & transparency with existing condition of the car being offered.
My go to contact for car rental in Vancouver for sure. I’d recommend to anyone.
