★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my time to get here, very disappointed. I reserved through their website for a standard SUV and received the booking confirmation. I knew that since I am under 25, I would be subjected to a "young renter fee". Their reservation clearly says " driver must be at least 21 to rent", which I am, and "underage driver fee will be charged to any renter under 25", which I acknowledged. Tried to pick it up the next day but they didn't allow it saying that I must be over 25. They should have mentioned it in the reservation if age is an issue to begin with! It was not a pleasant experience when a customer has already booked and expected everything, paid for transportation to get to the rental place and ended up with nothing.

THIRD TIME RENTING WITH ENTERPRISE, FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION. WE RESERVED A JEEP WRANGLER FOR OUR TRIP ACROSS BC. WE BOOKED THE JEEP WELL IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE WE GET THAT VEHICLE. ONCE WE ARRIVED, THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THAT VEHICLE AVAILABLE. THEY COULD NOT OFFER THE MORE EXOTIC SUV'S ON THE LOT. THEY TRIED TO GIVE US A KIA SOCCER MOM VAN WITH THE PRICE SLIGHTLY REDUCED. ALSO CHARGE A STONE CHIP FEE AND LATE DROP OFF FEE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
WHEN BOOKING WITH ENTERPRISE, THE ACTUAL VEHICLE YOU GET IS NEVER THE ONE YOU RESERVED AND IS ALWAYS A DOWNGRADE OR THE "OR SIMILAR" MODEL.
