I like that he was clear about which ones had a 30 day return policy and which ones were final sale, which made our decision process much easier. He was also super helpful in loading our car for us and bubble wrapping the tiles so they stayed protected during transportation. Thanks again Alvin!!!

I visited the store 3 times and served by 3 different staffs who are all very experienced and knowledgable about their produces and able to give me professional advice about choosing the right tiles for my bathroom. Sometimes they have tiles that are on sale which are much cheaper than the huge home improvement company next door.

During my first visit, Tony answered all my questions and was extremely patient. Judi gave me great advice as to what colour grout to use to get the look that I am envisioning. The next day I returned to purchase after taking a sample home to think about. Alvin gave me excellent and efficient service upon return. Marcus did the heavy lifting and helped me load all the tiles into my car. Everyone at Richmond's Tile Town are extremely helpful and friendly. My business is valued here and therefore this is my go to place for tiles.

As a layman in tiles and home renovation, Tile Town staff provides their expertise to help you make informed decisions. Kudos to Alvin who was patience and listened to my request. I must say I changed my mind during the selection process and made multiple return visits to Tile Town, but Alvin was professional all along and helped me choose matching bathroom tiles and kitchen tiles within my budget.
