β β β β β I went there to buy a mattress and other furniture and nobody asked us if we need help or questions, for some people is ok that, but at least offer some help is well recommended to start the sale process.
It is a pricey place, maybe because they have good quality but I didn't anything special for some of them. Probably, I was not part of their customer nitch, I left the store after my own tour and maybe nobody noted it.

β β β β β This place have multiple choice of furniture at great prices. The sofa I ordered was delivered within 4 days. Jessy was efficient at assembling and very friendly to work with. 100% would go again if I need new furniture.

β β β β β Well I went there and no one said we are closing but we were getting the evil look. Almost like they thought we canβt afford to buy their furniture. Salesman dressed in black with fancy belt. He is very high on himself. Good luck he will never get me as a customer just because of this experience

β β β β β Best store in Richmond for furniture. They have great deals . All the staff is really friendly especially Prateek. He gave me a good price for recliners and offered will delivery and setup as well. I didnβt need to worry about anything. I would love to visit the store again in further ?

β β β β β The worst customer service that I have experienced. The Rep Jeese was horrible, not only chowing something loud on the phone, and also telling me to report my claim to the local media as no one in the office is able to settle my claim. I have been trying for 3 months to settle a claim, as the furniture I received wasn't the one I tested in store. The business owner and sale reps are trying to avoid me, and not doing anything to settle my complaints. If you are looking for something good quality , try to avoid this store.

β β β β β Buyer Beware! I ordered a custom sofa from the Furniture Land store in Richmond in July 2021. Paid the entire amount upfront, $2600 plus. I was promised delivery by October. As of today March 1, I still haven't received the sofa or my money back. Despite repeated attempts and contacts with Sam the owner, who kept promising and missing delivery dates, I am out over $2k. I will never purchase anything from Furniture Land again.
