It's like they play a game to avoid making eye contact in any way. I'd give them one star, but they do have a decent selection though their "sale" prices are not really sale prices, just full retail. Prices are average. I'm pretty sure I'll never be back after the last time of being ignored.

They are generally pretty busy due to their great prices but I have always received great customer service.

I tried all the hardware stores with large lighting sections (Home Depot, Rona, Lowe's, etc.) and couldn't find anything I liked. I came here and found the perfect fixture for only $25. However, when I got home, I realized that it was too close to the wall and only illuminated the headstock of the instrument, not the body. I loved the design, but it didn't work for my application. I brought it back to the store, and the manager modified it so that it cantilevered out from the wall, and didn't charge me for either parts or labour. It's perfect now - thanks so much!
