★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique selection of lighting fixtures! Owner Sup greeted us personally and let us know that buying it not was not his main concern. He just wanted us to be taken care of. And he even gave our son a little stuff toy! Knowledge staff Kenny was helping us and we have to say that we picked the most beautiful and unique light out there! Thank you lighting warehouse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of lights and even better customer service. I dealt with multiple sales staff and they were all knowledgeable about different lighting options and products. Their aftercare was also excellent as I was able to easily get a missing piece months after I noticed it. The pricing is also very competitive. There are a lot of lighting stores in Richmond but they definitely have my repeat business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping nightmare of my life. I purchased a light in July 2021 with an expected shipping time of 6-8 weeks. Here I am in November 2021 with little to no help from customer service. They continually gave me the run around regarding time, and say they will "get back to me" with zero follow-up. Terrible experience. Would not recommend this company unless items are in stock at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing company. I will only get my lighting from the Lighting Warehouse, the reason being is that the customer service is absolutely excellent. They are honest, train the staff exceptionally well, prices are competitive and the owners of the Richmond store are unbelievable. I had an issue with something, and the owner and the manufacturer went to extreme lengths to make me happy. I highly recommend this store.
