Note: we shopped around everywhere and I suggest you skip all of the other shops and go to the Loewen Piano House. Diana is amazing and will make it easy for you to make the right decision. Thank you Diana! If the owners of the Loewen Piano House ever read my review, please consider giving Diana a raise in her salary and commission rate (you are lucky to have such a great salesperson). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Loewen Piano House during a trip to the Vancouver area. I was pleasantly greeted by Diana, the receptionist at the front. Luke, the store manager, came to me after I tried some of their pianos and welcomed me to play anything in the store. I can say that their pianos are well regulated, tuned and their prices are very reasonable. Plus, the people are all friendly and welcoming unlike a certain store located downtown on Granville Street. Loewen Piano House would have my business if I were a BC resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received the latest Kawai-300 Aures2 piano by the end of last month - on the B-day of our daughter, what a big surprise for her and all of us! The piano was ordered from Japan, and got delivered earlier than expected. The piano was in premium condition and it was professionally delivered and tuned by Loewen Piano House. We can't be more happier of having it with us for many joyful years to come.
