J	Jessica Oman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will echo the same complaints as others - owner is abrupt and rude, will not let you into the store (I guess the "one person allowed in store at a time" is him). Rolled his eyes when I asked about Blue Jays, Seahawks and Canucks gear, as if I was crazy for thinking he might have some in stock, and told me to go shop on the web site. Nope, not shopping with this store at all, ever. There are lots of other places to get team merch where I'll also be treated much better.

M	Moose “Moosehorn9” Horn9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arriving at store, I had to knock on the door apparently as part of their protocol which is fine, I wasn’t greeted, I was scrutinized. I am dressed casually and presentable enough for family dinner. Despite seeing the garments I was looking for, I was advised that none were available. I would have purchased a Canucks jersey in place. Luckily the Canucks team store is close by, I should’ve gone there in the first place but wanted to support Canadians men’s soccer. I see plenty garments available online however it is my belief that we should shop locally. I get the area the shop is in has had its hard times but this was too much.

I don't mind waiting the extra few days, but others may like or want their items quicker. All options are tracked, which is always preferred for myself. Accepted PayPal, which is always an additional reassurance, should anything go wrong. Jersey was folded properly, to not cause creasing on the crest. Would purchase from again.

I understand why people have complained about the owner but I don't think they are seeing the full picture. I had a lovely chat with him for about 20 minutes. The reason he is requiring masks and limited numbers of people in his store is due to the fact that he is immunocompromised, the reason the store is locked is because theft has become rampant in the neighbourhood -- 16 breakins on that block in the last year alone. I found him to be a very nice man with very reasonable and easy-to-accommodate requests for his own safety.

Had lots of selections and was very accommodating even though half of the store was packed, as he’s moving to a new location in Richmond. I can understand why he’s cautious as well, having had his business broken into 16 times in 9 months and having had his fellow business neighbour assaulted by losers looking for cash. Anyone having had gone through what he has would be equally as cautious. Either way, looking forward to visiting the new location once it opens next month.

It's clear he loves what he does, and has the experience to back it up. Thank you for all your help with the jersey, and the exchange for a larger size. Good luck with the move! It's sad you are leaving dt, but after my experience I will happily drive out to your new location.
