Horrible experience with this store. Won’t recommend any visit to the store. Not supportive rather than so called in-store policy which can be easily pouring out to you. 1. If you don’t bring your kids, you can not use your kids shoes to even compare to their shoes. 2. If you kids are not here, you are not allowed to try for your kids even size are similar. 3. If you challenge where their policy is written, you are labeled as not polite. 4. If you ask them the reason why the kids can try but you can’t try for the kids, you are not allow to buy from their store. Overall, you have to do what they say or you are not allowed to buy from their store. Horrible services. Even it is fully understood that the shoes are final sale no return no refund, you are still not ok to try some methods to find suitable shoes without kids presented. Lots of kids can’t come to the store to buy sometimes. What if kids needs it right after school? What if kids wanted a pair of shoes while they are sick? What if the parents can’t just kids out to buy shoes?

Went to pickup an online order - as soon as I stepped foot into the store, I did not feel welcome. Staff just stared and didn't ask if I needed anything. Finally, one staff (presumably the owner) said something followed by an awkward exchange, I was out the door. Perhaps it was almost closing time and I caught everyone on a bad day, but regardless, this will be my first and last order with this shop as basic customer service is important to me - even if I do end up paying a bit more for the product elsewhere.

They are not flexible with their return/exchange policy, especially for customers from the USA. I brought Items worth $660 (12items) and 3 of the items weren't the proper size and I was trying to return/exchange them. They wouldn't agree to it, saying all items were final sales. I won't be going back to them to buy anything else

Ordered a brand new tennis Racket from the store on 5/22/22, Received it on 6/1/22 wed by UPS, and brought it to a tennis court on Friday 6/3/22 Friday after work. But found the Racket was already broken before I started playing with it. Yumo refused to return or exchange it but ask me to pay for shipping and deal with Racket's manufactory warranty process.

The shop has a great variety of badminton gears and services. The stuff is patient to show different options to the customers, educate them on the options, and answer any questions. Improvement opportunity: 1. Make the shop sign more visible, specially at night it is hard to find the store. 2. Have a better purchase policy on final sale items: let the customer try out the shoes before they have to purchase. Returns are not allowed on final sales which is understandable, but can consider an exchange option.

Me and my partner went here to shop for badminton rackets and were met with unfriendly customer service and uninterested staff. We came in looking for a specific pair of and we asked to see them, the person helping us hesitantly handed them to us and one of the women seemed horrified that we were taking it out of the bag to see it. We really wanted to try and support a local business but not being able to look around the shop and feeling watched and unwanted made us too uncomfortable to even ask to see and try another racket so we just left. Suggestion to the owner: I'm not sure if your shop is designed this way because of Covid or you're afraid of people stealing, etc but people need to FEEL AND TOUCH a racket before spending a good amount of money buying it. If your shop is designed so that rackets can only be touched and tried with staff supervision it would be great if your staff can give you some tips or suggestions and ACTUALLY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME IN YOUR SHOP.

we bought our badminton shuttles here, both synthetic feather and mavis 2000 nylon. it's a bit of a tight place but it's very busy here. they have lots of badminton rackets (lots), tennis (few), badminton shoes (few), bags (few), shirts (few), shuttles (lots) and 2 restring ports. sad thing is that you can't really walk around too much cz they moved the cashier to the front and took up the space for the restring. which is more effective for business anyway. the staff is very very knowledgeable on shuttle info differences and rackets. i would come back here since they have a good warm attitude. also the place needs customers to require masks and they have a sanitizer that's in the front but it's low on sanitizer. will come back here for sure if i need a new racket or any upgrade.

I've gotten almost all my badminton products from this place and never had any issues (high end shoes and rackets are always legit and have never been sold fakes). I have bought from both in store and online with no problems. I wish the hours were longer but overall I've had no problems with this shop. They always pick up the phone when you call during work hours which is nice. I often call to ask when my rackets will be fully strung and ready as they often finish early. Great store!
