She gave me as much time as I needed to try on different products and make an informed decision. Great selection and expertise at this store! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression of T1 was "wow, there's a great selection of badminton gear!" Normally I buy my equipment at SportChek based solely on sales. While shopping at T1 Tony helped me narrow down the selection and guided me in choosing the best gear for my level. I never felt pressured or upsold for something unnecessarily expensive. My gf & I ended up buying 2 racquets, one pair of shoes, and a bag. Tony also helped us choose the right strings and tensions for our new gear based on our playing styles, and he took his time to explain how to properly use and maintain our gear. I would highly recommend coming here for the excellent service, great value, and wide selection.

Tony was extremely helpful with suggesting different rackets. He was patient answering all my questions and ultimately helped me make a good and informed decision.
If you want expert advice and a wide variety of options, T1 Sports is the place to go!

staff was very patient even when we just dropped in. we came all the way from Burnaby to check the place out. they will do temp check and covid question for safety.
i forgot, no pics are allowed. sorry! i would come back here to buy shoes and bags since they have a variety of those.

Tony and Katie helped me during a busy Saturday afternoon, although they're busy with different customers, they still arranged proper Covid protocols and care for customers' safety as well besides business. Tony explained everything clearly and gave me good advice to pick the right badminton racket. I will come again when I need other sports stuff. Highly recommend!! ^_^
