I had inquired a few weeks ago about some equipment in which they had none in stock, but had kept my name on their file to inform me when future stock arrives. I came in thinking I'd check again, and realized that they had that one piece held for me despite some technological/communication challenges! Mike Logan was very helpful and extremely considerate! Now I am happy to say I am more motivated to keep my physical activity going during the unprecedented times! Highly recommended.

We went Flaman for the first time to check out the treadmills and within the first few minutes of our visit, Mike's knowledge and passion had us sold on the Spirit XT185. We did not purchase the treadmill that day but decided to come back the next week to buy it. At our second visit, Mike was not working that day and we were greeted by another staff member who was not approachable or helpful. I did not get the staff's name but his service was nowhere near as exceptional as Mike's. We left and came back the next day when Mike was working to purchase the treadmill from him instead. I am extremely impressed with Mike and I highly recommend everyone to go to him!

He taught me how to use difference programs, very knowledgeable. After I bought this m8, he also helped me to solve the system upgrade problem through the phone. Very nice and generous. I highly recommend checking this place out for any exercise equipment needs. I'm a Personal Trainer now, and I can proudly say that Flaman's exercise equipment is high quality, and I recommend it for the majority of my clients. I've been coming here since I was just starting out in fitness six years ago, and the resistance bands I bought at the time are still in amazing shape!
