β β β β β Great hair salon. My hairdresser Tomo did amazing job with my hair. She was detail oriented and made sure to make my hair look exactly how I wanted.
I am satisfied with the results.
This will definitely be my go to salon

β β β β β I did my hair cut & colour done with Makoto. She is awesome! She is very professional and personable. My hair was destroyed from self cutting and colouring during Covid time, but she saved my life. Iβm very happy with the result. If you need good hair cut & colour, I highly recommend her.

β β β β β The stylist never listenedβ¦ I asked to trim shorter hair, but she decided to leave it longer. When I asked her nicely to correct the length, she just said βnoβ. Telling me that Iβm wrong.
I showed her some pictures of the ideal style I desired⦠u know, Just in case any miscommunication. But ya, she just argued she is understanding the picture more than I do.
In the beginning, I emphasised to lighten up the hair volume since itβs getting warmer. Again, she had her own preference.
Seriously, itβs all fine if sheβs a Junior. You canβt ask for too much eh?
Though she is obviously a junior, she charged for a master price (she dropped clips and scissors, inappropriate hair drying β¦ she left me walk to my seat alone with dripping hair after washing, without a towel wrapped around .. seriously?!)
She doesnβt know how to use a curler. She kept curling it inward then outward then in then outβ¦. Wasting my time watching her doing it wrongly.
Not recommend β¦

β β β β β I went for a hair cut. I wanted a inverted bob with some layer in the front. And i got the style just how i like it. I've tried many places before and i always got something different. So I'm glad i tried this place. My hairstylist named Miki. She is very nice and friendly. She used scissors to cut my hair and I really like this [because I had been to places where they used razor instead. It makes my hair end sharp and feels itchy when poking on my neck. ] I have alot more hair than average people and she was very patient and thorough. She did it small portions at time and keep checking the length to make sure its even and to the length i wanted. Loved the experience. I will definitely come here again for my next hair cut.

β β β β β A big, big thank you to Ayuko for the beautiful haircut, treatment, colour & styling! It is even better than I had wanted and my hair (very ugly and dry before as you can see in the photo) feels so soft and silky now, even after bleaching. By far the best haircut/hairstyle I have ever had :) Ayuko was so kind and patient answering all my questions and spent time teaching me how to care for and style my new hair. Will definitely be coming back, for me and my family. Thank you so much for all your time, Ayuko!
Side note: The salon is very spacious and clean, with good covid protocols in place. They have parking in the front & back, just make sure you park in the spots marked for Tokyo Allure. Some reviewers complained about communication issues. My tip is to show them pictures of what you want. I actually printed a photo to show Ayuko because I don't think I can verbally explain what I wanted.
