Super super happy with the result and will come back to her to dye my hair and hair treatment . She looks very young but very experienced and professional. Highly recommend. .

A lot of time wasn’t put into making sure I was happy with my haircut and they offered excellent advice for what would suit me best. Will be coming back again !
夜	夜空Yozora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typically don't write reviews unless they're either really good or incredibly horrible, and in this case it's the latter. The hair dresser that was recommended to me when I first went there was Natasha, and she was great for the first 2 times, but every appointment after that was more disappointing than the one before. My latest appointment with her was the worst one yet, because not only did she blame me when she colored my hair the wrong color, she was making excuses so she didn't have to fix it to the color I had wanted. To make matters worse, she cut my hair lop-sided, and it couldn't be fixed because she had cut it too short leaving me with no choice, but to leave it as is until it grows out. If all that wasn't bad enough, mid-way through it all, she ran off somewhere, and left me lying at the hair wash sinks until all the blood rushed to my head making me very dizzy and nauseous. Not to mention they overcharged compared to most salons in Richmond (the total bill for this awful appointment came to approximately $250), and I wasn't even given an apology after everything they put me through.
A	Angel Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is good for the service you get. It's a whole relaxing experience. The vibe is calm, unlike the busy Cantonese salons (which I still like). My hair stylist was very thorough and it turned out great. I got my long hair layered and trimmed off split ends
I	Inna Ershova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dot Com Vanity by a friend about a year ago when the salon I used to go to for a haircut was still closed post-lockdown, and I cannot be happier with this referral. Natasha is a wonderful professional, and her haircuts are consistently and impressively well-done (I had quite a few so-so experiences both in Vancouver and in Toronto for way higher price tags). The salon itself is also very nice, clean, and conveniently located.
A	Alexei Geronimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair cut (which was fine) and coloured (which was NOT FINE) back in June AND July by Eric. I told him what color I wanted the first time and I had to come back 2 days after because it still needed more color. Then it turned out wayyyy too purple. (Not exactly what I wanted until it faded) then I came back for a re color back in July and asked for an icy blonde violet tone (the original choice) and he mentioned that It wouldn’t last long because I wanted the color to last longer, so he recommended something that I didn’t want. I had to deal with it for 2 months for the roots to grow out to re color it. I then went to another salon where the girl did EXACTLY what I wanted and that this color (with proper care) can last at least a month or 2. You need to listen to your clients and make sure they are happy and only not change the original plan. That is number 1. I would not recommend Eric for a color...I think he just has more training to do but a cut, sure. You live and learn I guess...

You explain that this haircut is very important and at the end when you show a photo of how it is supposed to be done they cannot make it the same. When I explained how I want it to be the hairdresser agreed to fix it. But when I got home I noticed how uneven the cut is and that my right side is totally ruined.
