The manager at the front is super rude and unhelpful. She turns her back at you and ignores you in the middle of a conversation when you ask her questions. I have no idea since when does shopping in shoppers gives you this kind of service attitude. Terrible experience!

The beauty boutique in this branch has to have one of the worst customer service I've had the displeasure of experiencing. The gay associate wlth the glasses is rude beyond belief and refuses to help customers even after being requested to lol. The level of nonchalance is unlike anything I've seen before. Embarrassing.

Pleasantly surprised when we walked in at 12:30am to find a pharmacist still on staff. He was amazingly helpful to recommend exactly what I needed. The security staff were also very friendly.

very bad service I went to shoppers in richmond centre and was going to buy beauty products. Those Chinese SA were very rude to me. They ignored me and chatted at the front desk. Did not come to me or introduced products for me. Then I grasped a product and was thinking about to buy one more. A SA came and told me don‘t touch the products. It is so ridiculous I cannot touch products I am going to pay!She went away!I wanted to see what samples I could choose. Again,she came back and told “don't touch the samples”. She said she could only give me two pieces of 1ml samples. She and them treat me like send beggars away. The security staff always stands around 4m from me as if I am a thief. Why don‘t I order in official websites,Sephora or the bay instead order in a store that made me so uncomfortable and angry?They are just insolent and rude. (I had purchased two clarins products from shoppers in downtown with no samples. zero.) I will not purchase in such a company which stingy to give samples to customers and treat customers with no respect! I will never shopping in shoppers Richmond centre for their poor attitude and unprofessional for beauty products, and I will tell my friends not to shopping there.

The workers are all efficient and are quick to help you when you have any questions. The cashiers at the front are really kind. The cosmetic side workers are kind as well and want to help you find what you’re looking for in your price range. There are multiple workers in the cosmetics area which I find handy so more people can assist you.

Nice staff, convenient 24h, but bad COVID policies. Their security guard this AM, and on prior days I've been there, keeps his mask off and walks up close to other people. The prices are also much higher than the Garden City or Seafair Shoppers for the same products and a lot of their products have no price signage.

Super friendly staff and very nice store, mostly Cover all my shopping needs. 24 hours open is very convenient. I love to shop in this store, Manager and staff listen to you for problems and they try to solve. I been using this store on weekends. I only hope could bring some ready made food to store, like sandwiches and other stuff.
