โ โ โ โ โ Using a virus outbreak event to make huge profit through selling overpriced face masks. I understand that you donโt get to control some of the cost from the manufacturer, but you can definitely control how you wanted to be viewed as a local pharmacy.
$125 for 50 kid size masks is a bit ridiculous.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been coming here for bi-weekly prescription for just about a year now. Very friendly, helpful caring staff , fast service, never had a problem with anything. Oldest small pharmacy in Richmond. Peter & Azim ( I hope I spelled it right ) are very professional. I will not go to another.

โ โ โ โ โ My family have been going to McCue's for years for medical supplies due to their reasonable prices and to support local business. After today's experience, we won't be going back anytime soon. After confirming on the phone that they can provide a rental estimate for a knee scooter (for insurance purposes), I hobbled to the Richmond location to get the paperwork done. Low and behold when I got there and asked for the estimate, I was told in no uncertain terms that 'no, we don't do that here'. I explained that I was told phone by someone at McCue's that they would do this and I was going to rent the scooter as soon as the insurance company approved the estimate but the person didn't seem interested since I wasn't renting/purchasing something on the spot. I purposely went at a time when it was not busy (there was only 1 other person in the store) but the brush-off I received from the person I talked to clearly shows they don't appreciate my business. Wow is all I can say. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor communication and unprofessional customer service. When my item came in it wasnโt what I ordered. The lady in the store first tried to fix the situation. Then the next day I got a phone call and the original woman who took my order over the phone simply spent time arguing that it was the right item instead of helping sort the situation. I spent time trying to explain but she was more concerned about her perspective and that somehow I asked for the wrong item. Was upset but kept my cool while explaining the unfortunate position she had put me in. However I did voice my concerns and was deeply disappointed. Pointing blame at a customer is extremely unprofessional especially when the customer is in a vulnerable situation and in need of correct medical equipment. Extremely non-empathetic person I dealt with and unfortunately McCues has lost any future business from me. This is no longer the McCues I grew up knowing and I suppose itโs just a sign of the times. This makes me sad.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been filling a special prescription at this pharmacy since the beginning of the year and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the knowledgeable and friendly staff they have. Anisha is always so helpful and ensures all my questions are answered. I also just received my Covid vaccine shot here administered by Peter who is also great. He explained everything so thoroughly and even helped me take a pic so I will never forget that moment. It was a big deal for me. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. They are fast and very efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ Perfect, I have been several shopper places to find Covid test kit. Rapid antigen kits. Even checked online to see where have in stock.. but none came available. Even with green sign online. And itโs hard to call shopper by phone.
Just saying how life saving McCue is giving the test kit so easily.

5 star in customer service. I was in US when Pharmacy in US needed information and I called MC Cue and they were professional that they cater my needs promptly. I have numerous experience for their services and all rated highly.
All pharmacist that service my needs are professionally friendly. I am a customer for more than 10 years now and I haven't had a bad experience.
