โ โ โ โ โ This is probably the only doctor that I can easily walk in and able to receive treatment without a long wait. Kudos to his staff as well for their efficiency. Doctor is helpful and is able to solve my problems. 5 stars!

โ โ โ โ โ I had a great experience at this clinic. I made a same-day appointment and was speaking to a doctor within 30 minutes. The front desk staff were very kind and patient as I registered over the phone. Dr. Khazamipour made sure I was properly informed about my health and care, and he took the time to explain the reasoning behind the medication he was prescribing. He was empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic as they provide an outstanding quality of medical care.

โ โ โ โ โ Very careless doctor. Talked to him over the phone about my issue yet he provided no solution and literally hung up the phone on me when I had other questions for him. I have never in my entire life had as bad of an experience with a doctor as I have had with him and im not one to write google reviews. Extremely unprofessional. One google search of his name and you can see the issues people have with him including his disciplinary action in 2014. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He does not care about your issues , only some of them.
Edit: the doctor has responded saying โthere is zero tolerance for unwarranted requestsโ. I had a legit medical issue and I suggested a potential solution and instead of explaining why it might not be a good solution and providing another one, he just rudely hung up the phone and left me hanging . Unbelievable. Thank goodness there was another doctor that I was able to reach that same day that actually had adequate bedside manners and offered me a variety of solutions. Again avoid this doctor at all costs. I canโt not even believe that a doctor has the audacity to treat a patient like this. He just wanted to bill MSP for my visit and get money as fast as he could and move on to the next patient.

โ โ โ โ โ We came to see Doctor for my father was having pain in his stomach, instead of sending him for ultrasound or suggesting to go to Emergency he prescribed my father blood pressure medication which is not even related to what he came for in the first place. No pain killers were given. I took the initiative to get him to hospital and found out that his appendix burst. I dont know what else to say, but I dont recommend seeing this doctor again.

โ โ โ โ โ I give one star for Dr Karen cause he is lack of empathetic, rude and arbitrary. I was came to this clinic today cause a car accident happened to me last week. This Doctor didnโt ask me details and simply said โyou are ok, forget about this accident โ Doctor, I couldnโt sleep whole night cause Iโm so struggling with the heavy headache and back pain, and you told me forget it????? How????? He is unprofessional and lack of empathetic. When he check my back, he pressed my back and I told him I feel hurt there, and this unprofessional Dr said โreally? I dont think so, maybe you should see other doctor. โ he even refuse to help me report my situation to icbc. Totally weird and really rude. When I stressed my uncomfortable and painful, he was keeping tell me โforget it. โ whatโs wrong with you Dr.???? Really???? Tell your patient forget the pain then everything gonna be ok???????? I donโt really get that.

โ โ โ โ โ Update: Dr Kazem has assisted in getting to see a Orthopedic Surgeon.
I run a RMT clinic. Though the process of getting your medical information for payment was very pleasant. I cant say the same when meeting with the Dr. Lack of care and patience displayed in original assessment. As for the follow up session which was scheduled for a video call. Still haven't heard anything from the doctor or clinic. Overall bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Cannot say enough good things about my experience. Took my fifteen month old son for a walk in visit and the doctor and the staff were extremely helpful. I randomly found through google search and the service was quick and I was able to get to see a doctor within the hour. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The doctor himself was really great and we didnโt wait long at all. I know where Iโm going the next time Iโm in need.
