★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天带我妈去这个诊所做体检，给她办签证延期要求的体检，Richmond就这一家，没得选。体检过后，真的忍不住吐槽一下，体验极差，没有任何服务可言，医生的态度倒还可以，但是对于前台两名女性工作人员的态度，我给一颗星都觉得多，态度冷淡，没有耐性，问问题带搭不理的，你跟她讲礼貌，她低着头忙自己的事，当你是空气，而且说话也听不清楚，我都怀疑我们说的是不是同一种语言。还有诊所内部的硬件设施，我感觉和上个世纪差不多，体重秤是用秤砣的那种，身高是墙上贴了一根尺子，医生的血压仪也很老旧了，感觉这个诊所最大的优势可能就是他们是Richmond唯一可选的IRCC指定体检诊所，但是真的太烂了！！就吃老本吧，看你们吃到什么时候。

However, for the attitude of the two female staff at the front desk, I felt that it was more than one star. The attitude was cold. I have no patience, I ask questions and ignore them. You tell her politely, she keeps her head down and is busy with her affairs. When you are airy, and you ca n’t hear clearly, I doubt whether we speak the same language. . There are also the hardware facilities inside the clinic. I feel similar to the last century. The weight scale is a kind of weight scale, the height is a ruler attached to the wall, and the doctor's blood pressure meter is very old. The advantage may be that they are the only optional IRCC designated medical examination clinic in Richmond, but it is really bad! !! Just eat the old book and see when you eat.

They are well ordered in preparing the medical records and, efficient in assisting the doctor. Dr. Kwok attends to the patient's concern and explains well. The medical team is outstanding.
