β β β β β Good selection of whiskeys, soju, and port. Wine selections are just too large for me to really tell for pretty much every liquor store. Don't go here for a beer other than the super generic stuff though. Quite possibly the worst beer selection in a liquor store I've seen. Their 'craft beer' section is only 2 fridge doors full, and even that was all BC stuff you see in EVERY store like Granville island beer, parrallel 49, red truck, etc. consider this 2 stars for beer, not one because the prices are fine.

β β β β β This is the typical BC Liquor store. Lots of selection and competitive pricing too. Given its location in Richmond, it does have more choices when it comes to Chinese liquor and rice wine. Probably overpaid for 250ml of glutinous rice wine (no salt added) - but it seems that the only location to buy so don't have a choice.

β β β β β I went to this liquor store to get my favourite wine, but because the stores not very big they didn't carry the brand i liked. The lady that worked there (the manager I think) was so kind and gave me a recommendation for a drink similar to the one I like.

β β β β β Rude Employee Alert, another reason not to come to this store. When leaving with my beer, I lined up at a cashier to which he responded RUDELY that I need to line up behind the line behind me by saying "HEY BUDDY, THE LINE IS BEHIND YOU". First of, this is a new rule and I do not normally shop here, however his statement was more meant for a child, rather than a 44 year old man. No "excuse me", no "please and thank you" this guy actually thinks that this is the proper way to talk to customers???
This employee needs to go to a course and learn how to speak to Customers properly and poiltely, he did the opposite to me and your store lost a customer. If he cannot do that, he should find a different line of work, one that does not involve speaking in a civil manner to your Customers. He sounds like he has no respect for us Customers so I will not visit this store again, there are lots around.

β β β β β Excellent display of customer service! I truly have been impressed with the service rendered by Banti(Not sure if I'm spelling his name right). What a top lad, helping me out through choosing my wines and providing me a crate to carry them back. Best Liquor shop experience in my short-lived alcohol runs. Thank you! Hope to see your staff, again soon!
