★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has dropped severely since the fire next door two months ago, half the coolers don't work so you have to ask the staff to get you certain cold beers from the back.
Everytime I've gone there's an older male who is the only one working and always refuses to go get anything cold, he just says there's none without even looking.
I've decided to start going to BC Liquor instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read many reviews about the good customer experience. This was not experience on the late afternoon of Feb 21. I walk in a say a cheery "hello" to the two men, one younger, one older, I was met with no response and 1 glare. I received no assistance from the older man the as he wasbusy closing the window shades and the other man well he was looking down at the ground. Guess good help is really hard to find. I walked out without a purchase. Oh and I was the only one in the store.
