★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell expired products and refuse to acknowledge the lumpines and ineffectiveness was an isaus. We as a family were long time customers but we will never shop there again. Be very careful with this dishonest company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. I contacted this Blundell Store for St Francis ear oil. Esther told me that it's not available in that store but the Cambie one has it. She told me she'd give them a call to check on it and then let me know. I left my phone number with her. She called me back within minutes and told me that the staff at Cambie will keep the item for me.
We went there to pick up the item within the next hour and were greeted as we walked in. I told the staff there about the item being held. They already had it ready by the counter. We just paid for it and were out within less than 10 minutes.
