β β β β β We attempted to purchase a product but discovered there was a discrepancy between what was registering at the till and what was advertised. The seemingly newer employee was understandably confused on what to do so she asked another employee for his assistance. This other employee, on his own accord, informed us to return the following day as he would βguarantee the same priceβ but there will be a manager present to authorize the price change. Upon returning the following day, a different employee informed that the manager was not in for that day but to come back again the next day. Not wanting to return for a third time without a definitive answer, we requested for the manager to contact us via phone. The employee took our number and assured we would receive a call. However, we never received a follow up. Mistakes with pricing happen. But donβt promise to honour the advertised price and then waste the time of others for your own mistakes.

β β β β β Great selection, excellent prices. Lotβs of parking and well, laid out store. Theyβve got a giant walk in cooler and lotβs of variety in the chiller zone. Friendly staff and great VIP program - making this my regular stop!

β β β β β This new place has large and fantastic WALK IN cooler where you can grab cold beers and a lot of free parking on Lansdowne mall. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable at very competitive prices. Everyone should try this walk in cooler once! They also have wines and liquors of course.

β β β β β A place for customer delight! I hope it is a new management and I could feel the difference when you enter the store. It is one of the best Liquor stores in the area with ample parking, wide varities of Beer, wine and spirits.
Prices are very competitive comparing other places. Staff are very friendly and going miles to make you feel special.

β β β β β Weird vibe. Most of the young men serving customers there have decided masks and distancing aren't necessary. Staff are a little more cautious and respectful at BC Liquor.
