★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love places that have a large variety of goods, as I love to make unusual finds. Showcase is one of those stores. Service is good and staff is very obliging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. The manager was scolding at an elderly man for looking through the product on the shelves. Refused to answer questions such as "do you have another color" responding with "don't you have any common sense?" After the man agreed to purchase something, the manager offered the $15 warranty. Politely declining, the manager said "it's your loss." When the man asked about the return policy, the manager said "no returns just exchanges within 7 days." But when the man pointed out on the receipt that it says returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, the manager said that it's not valid even after arguing the fact that he purchased a regular priced item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer Beware!!! Do not buy from Showcase. The product stopped working after less than a month of casual use. The staff never mentioned Showcase's insurance at the point of purchase. Speaking with the manager on the phone, he decided it was a good idea to argue instead of actually helping. He needs more extensive training in customer service. Buy from Costco instead, you can get better deals there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to give a huge shoutour to Ashley & Rita. I was browsing around there this evening on Sunday July 12 around 5 PM. I was looking at a fantastic set of diffusers and they both went out of their way to show me the product and demonstrate it. Even took a new one out of the box and fill water in it and explained some of the differences between the others. Very friendly and inviting and strictly enforcing social distancing measures with customers I was amazed. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee was working alone and had the music blasting during the entire time I was there. It was loud enough we couldn't hear each other over the counter.
He was nice and helpful but he should turn down the music when a customer comes in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened late. They had the wrong price signs up so I had to choose something else, then put me in the back of the line. Horrible service. Avoid this place if you can, Richmond Centre run much better. Manage just shrugged at my concerns.
