★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. Everything I ever need for the house, I can always find here, particularly kitchen (rice cookers, chopsticks) and washroom (washing basin, face towels) items. I also love getting indoor slippers from here since they have a huge selection with various sizes.
The customer service is alright. They are usually very helpful if you need help locating an item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I come, I always receive great customer service. You have to know what you are looking for and then these ladies who know their inventory inside out will be able to assist best. Prices are fair. I like supporting small local business owners instead of always just the giant chain stores. They have a lot of useful household items. My favourite thing I bought recently is a Zojirushi hot/cold flip top thermos. Great for hot or cold beverages and easy to clean!!!
