S	Sarah Codal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to the lansdown location for quite some time, never realizing they had one at richmond centre as well. For a shop that’s relatively new things seem to already be going downhill. Over all unfriendly service. I’ll be sticking to the other location

They always carry cool products, but during COVID-19 they have been stocking masks, gloves, sanitizer, etc. They have lots of selection and have sales on these products as well. I bought a portable air conditioner earlier this summer, a weighted blanket at Christmas, and a tool this week.
H	H. Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this location at ALL TIMES. If there is an item you like, please go to the LANSDOWNE location instead. There was an item at the Lansdowne location that was on sale prior to our visit to the Richmond Centre location. We had purchased it items there as gifts. A few days after, we wanted to purchase more of the same item so we went to the Richmond Centre location and we advised the Richmond location of the sale (because the prices were different). They said they did not know of the sale and because it was gifts we purchased them anyways. A couple days later, we went to the Lansdowne location and sure enough, the product was on sale. We went back to the Richmond location with photo proof and everything and they did not honour the discount. We told them they can look up our receipt in the system, but they so happen to mysteriously not find it. We attempted to return the item because of our dissatisfaction of the service and overall experience at the store, and again they did not accept stating it was a final sale. We were willing to take store credit as well, but the clerk refused stating that when the item was originally purchased, they advised us it was a final sale. We let them know that they did not because if they did, we wouldn't have purchased it because they were gifts. The clerk then proceeded to yelling saying "THIS IS MY STORE, I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PRICES AT THE OTHER LOCATION". How rude! We then went to the Lansdowne location and explained the situation. They accepted our items back NO QUESTIONS ASKED right away! Please avoid this location due to terrible service. I applaud the Lansdowne staff for their respectful service and professionalism.
