Aug.14, 2018 - They didn't follow up and prepare medicine for pick up after drop off prescription last week. We need to make extra trip for pickup again. Very inconvenience :(

β β β β β Dispensing fee is almost as low as Costco but the wait time is very reasonable. Excellent service from staff. The counselling area doesn't provide much privacy.

β β β β β Always fast, professional and caring. Owner owned and operated so there is definitely a personal touch unlike big box pharmacies which I'm just a number. Remembers me by name and will explain what the drug side effects are. Will ask how I'm feeling after a few months. Recommend others to try this pharmacy

β β β β β My go to pharmacy. They have the cheapest dispensing rate in Richmond plus they are super fast. Minimal or no wait time unlike other bigger pharmacies. Professional and good covid protocol. The pharmacist will clearly explain the meds to you and give honest advice. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Chemmart is under-rated! They are patient, reliable and very understanding. Efficient with both in-person and virtual prescriptions. I also really appreciate how they take of their older patients. Lowest rates in town and awesome service!
