β β β β β I went to see Dr. Chang the other day. He has very friendly staff. He fixed a filling that was done by another dentist and a cavity on a front tooth. The cavity was visible when I smiled, so I was very aware of it. But after he did the filling, I couldn't even see where the filling was! One of the best parts was the freezing didn't hurt! Thanks Dr. Chang

β β β β β Dr. Chang is great. Gentle and not pushy. Super pleasant and happy always. However, I always dreaded dealing with the front desk including booking an appointment and confirming appointment. They don't take voice message, no email. If you can't reach them, you'll just have to call them back.
It's one thing to not have an online booking system, it's another to not accept voice message and email. They give you grief for not giving them insurance info ahead of time. I do not wish to attempt to call and read 10-digit number over the phone. I can easily send a photo of this information over email.
