The staff are always in a pleasant mood and are great with answering any questions I have. I would absolutely recommend his practice for anyone looking for great dental services.

β β β β β Dr. Lau & all his staff are phenomenal. A great bunch of people that care not only about you as a patient but you as a person. I've had everything done from regular cleaning, route canals, crowns & an emergency on a weekend and the experience has been great every time. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist !!

β β β β β I came here after moving to Richmond and what a find! On the phone everyone was polite and they even were able to move my appointment to a much earlier and convenient date. When I arrived, there was such a great atmosphere. Everyone I spoke with was kind and Dr. Lau even had a conversation with another guest that felt so warm and like family -- it really made me feel like these are good people.
I was seen by Winnie and Dr. Wong and both were so real -- professional yet fun to talk to. I felt like I had been coming here for years. By far the best experience I've had at a dentist.

β β β β β Everyone that I came in contact with from the front office, dental assistant (Helen) and Dr. Lau were all very courteous, professional, respectful and just all around very pleasant and go out of their way to ensure that your experience is a great one! My kids love it here! Dr Lau is always very good in explaining what he did and his assessments and recommendations and really spend time with you, very caring!

β β β β β Dr Lau is very professional in taking care of my boys' oral health. He is very patience and knowledgeable. My younger son is always anxious about seeing the dentist. Dr Lau and his assistants spent lots of time explaining every aspects of the procedures and building a trust conversation and making sure my son is comfortable with the cleaning. He also spent time educating my older son about proper oral hygiene. Nowadays it is so hard to find a dentist who is willing to spend his time talking and educating patients, especially for young patients. All the staffs at the office are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole dental experience exceptionally pleasant!!! If you are looking for a dentist, Dr Lau office is where you should go!

The dental receptionist is condescending and rude. Shame because though the dentist may be good, if the receptionist is rude, it ruins the entire clinic. Weβll take our business elsewhere and left after a terrible first impression as a new client.
As a business owners, we would never treat a valued customer this way. What a shame.

They have always made my visits very comfortable and relaxed. Iβve had nothing but great experiences and results at their hands. Highly recommend!!

β β β β β I have been going to Dr. Lau for about 10 years now. He has always been so amazing and I have no complaints about him and his team. The staff in the office are wonderful. I love their reminder system. They call/email you a week before your appointment and I believe 24 or 48 hours before your appointment. There is no way I will miss or forget my appointment. Keep up the great work guys. See you in 6 months.
