V	Victoria Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars, I would! Came here for a pedicure since it’s nice and close to home. I should have trusted my instincts and left the minute I walked in. $35 for a pedicure and my toe nails weren’t even cut! She did some filing, buffing and polish application. What a joke! Plus they didn’t even have many nail polish colours to pick from. Thank god I brought my own nail polish. Service was horrendous, maybe cause I didn’t speak Chinese like everyone else. Lastly to top it all off, she demanded a 10% tip!!!! That’s when I laughed and told them it’s the most awful pedicure experience I’ve ever had!

We were welcomed with a "Why didn't you say you wanted to do pedicures when you made the appointment?" (But we did...) We originally wanted to get our nails painted with just nail polish, only to find that there were about 8 choices of colour. We decided to pay the difference for gel nails given the extra colour choices. My technician was more attentive relative to the technician that helped my friend, but refused to cut my nails shorter when I asked her to. Overall a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. When we paid, we were told that customers were expected to tip at least 10%. Whoa! We had each tippd $5 for the $55/person service, which I felt was more than fair given the service we received and the general experience. Definitely would not recommend!

In the end my nails look okay from afar, but has a couple dust and bubble spots... Okay place to get the gel nail job done in 40min for 45 dollars including tips. Overall it's fine but I would not go back again.
E	Elise Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST I had to wait 40 minutes in store for an appointment I made at 11am. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE They force you to pay tips with a minimum of 10%. Tips is mandatory here even though you are not satisfied the service. SCAM They charge you 8% additional if you wish to pay with credit card

This was not only the best way to start Crystal only took probably just under an hour to do a fill with a design! I’m absolutely so happy with the way they turned out! Will definitely be coming back to see Crystal! Also she took her time to make sure I liked everything she was doing & I could tell that she took pride in her work! Amazing!! Thank you again Crystal!!
K	Krystina Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 110 for a nail set (no design, no jewels) when I request her to itemized she said it is 85 for nails and 30 for ombré. 85 + 30 = 115. I guess when I asked her to itemized, she panicked and made up the wrong numbers. Unprofessional. Also nails start lifting the very next day. ( See pictures )
S	Sky Ning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend’s fingers were bleeding due to their careless operation when they took off her old nails, and they didn’t even have sanitizers or antiseptics for the cut! Also more expensive than other nail salons for the same style of design. Very mediocre service, would not recommend and won’t come back either.

The lady who did my nails was incredibly rude and unprofessional!!! She doesn’t like her job at all. Also her co-work. Do NOT bring your bad emotion to work and trash it to your clients plz. And basically no much colour options to pick, very average skills, very time rushing and complaining if any client was late for only 5 mins, on top that asking for high % tips. This is one of the worst experience I have ever hard. Never come back again.
