The staff were friendly, helpful and really helped me solve my shopping dilemma by offering really thoughtful advice. I just want to say thank you for being really amazing. In a busy store it is seldom I find staff that care enough to listen and provide the kind of care and attention that I received there. THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some eggs so I popped into this location. This is probably the worst Shoppers I’ve ever been to. As soon as I walked in I had two security guards and one employee watching my every move. There were multiple signs by the refrigerated section that read “do not touch the eggs”. Management needs to create a more welcoming environment for customers. I didn’t buy any eggs and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff named Wilson did not have any customer service skills. Made me so frustrated by talking to him. Took my parents there for COVID swab tests and all his instructions were rude and when he talks to you he had no patient. He doesn't smile and raise his voice when you don't understand and you can tell he didn't want to talk to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe the staff(cashier) in this location, it's always empty and even like that they make you use the self checkout while some of them are checking their own mobiles around the corner. I'm always go to the staff and ignore the machines to keep their job positions, buts it's clear some of them don't care at all, they get paid anyway, they don't look afraid to loose their jobs. I'm talking about the lady was yesterday October 19th working at 7:00pm. Shame on you.
