★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has amazing staff, especially Tristan. Tristan always makes sure the gym is clean and is always super polite and helpful. On multiple occasions when the opening staff has not shown up to open the gym, Tristan came even though he was not working to open the gym for members to use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this gym. For the most part, really good equipment. However, I've been a member for almost three months now and the 4 existing stationary bikes here have pretty much been none functional since I started coming here. Three of the four bikes has loose handle bars where the screen shakes so your phone falls off if you place it on there. The one bike that doesn't shake is missing a pedal. So pretty much not one is fully functional. Please fix them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has a friendly community, relaxing atmosphere and professional trainers. I was taught by Jay Fayyaz for 3-4 months and he taught me so much and helped fix my posture and pushed me to my best self. He’s quite experienced,has a good character and has the right teaching attitude towards his career so I’d really recommend to beginners who are kind of afraid to approach this sport to look for him. Just ask him for a free session, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to fitness world for about a year now. The equipment and gym are always kept very clean. The front desk staff are always amazing, and very helpful especially Tristan. He always has a smile on his face and is ready to help anyone. It's nice to be in a gym where the staff enjoy their jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was browsing a workout classes online, I contacted the front desk of Richmond area. What a great gym! Staffs here are super friendly, Tristan shared with me the membership's levels and was so easy to deal with, he is always available to answer any questions.
I am super happy with the gym, the whole staff and the instructors.
Loved the classes in the weekend morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and the people working out there are super friendly and welcoming. Great environment to work out in. Equipment and gym are super clean and well maintained. I'm also currently am working with a wonderful personal trainer: Caroline and she's been amazingly supportive, encouraging and informative. Every session has been really fun while pushing me to my limits. Definitely recommend her to anyone whose looking for a PT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to Fitness World about 7 months ago to get myself back in shape. This is such a lovely and very clean facility. All staff there are so friendly and create such a nice environment for all members!
I couldn't have reached my goals without my personal trainer, Jared Jung! He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly, and wasn't afraid to push me beyond what I thought I could do. He listened and understood what I wanted to accomplish and helped me so much in getting there by providing a program tailored to my needs. Highly recommend Jared for anyone who needs someone specialized to get them motivated and on track with their training! These days, I'm working out on my own, but if I need more training sessions, I'm definitely going back to him.
All in all, a great place to be. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to the gym so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this gym location for 2 years now and it’s definitely my second home. I just wanna convey how friendly, safe, and clean this environment is. Definitely a top quality facility and possibly one of the best commercial gyms in Vancouver. Cant forget to mention the front desk people are hella chill always make me feel welcomed and confident. Shoutout to Era, Daniel, Elijah, and my boy Chen?
