★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Richmond Center location and I did not have a pleasant experience. One sales person was super nice and helped me out but another sales person came over to tell me not to open the lid of the body butter. I was not smelling it, I just wanted to look at the product to see if it flat in the container because it was a gift. This employee said I can not open it and they are all clean. So basically she didn't answer my problem and she wants me to buy a product that I cannot even look at. My worst ever customer experience. I'll go to another Body shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total turnoff experience at this store...usually a big supporter of The Body Shop products..I actually left the store and went elsewhere to purchased from the competitor instead...bc of one if the sales staff at this store...very unprofessional..rude...really lacking everything..hate to say it but She is certainly not an asset to The Body Shop at all...I highly recommend more sales training and some personal skills ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That staff at this location are very friendly. Body shop registers itself a cruelty free environmentally friendly company supplying skin and body care products. The layout is green and clean. Products have a slight premium but overall are well made and work as advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Richmond Centre store recently started refill station of buying select hair and soap products using aluminum containers. Also additional discount buying refills in bulk is great!
Easy to shop even with covid19 restrictions protocols with friendly staff. Did not see product testers probably for covid safety purposes.
