Had to have it sized lower as it was a little too big... Picked it up a few days later. Been wearing it about a week now, and whatever the METAL they added it, is turning my finger GREEN in that area. Can't even return it as I do not live in town. Ridiculous. For $100+ you think you'd get legit silver from SILVER kiosk. 1 star, and have spread word about this place. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE
S	Shanni Leigh. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ring for my toe yesterday and when I got it home I realized it was defective and some of the crystals were missing. Their policy is no refunds only exchanges so I went back today and they didn’t have another one. Tina, the lady working said she doesn’t know how to give a refund so I’d have to pick something else like a pendant. I told her I wasn’t shopping for a pendant. She wouldn’t get her manager on the phone and wouldn’t give me the owners name. I told her I understand the policy for “changing your mind” but this is because the product is defective . If they had another one, I may have taken it with the caveat that if it did the same thing that they need to stand behind it financially but they didn’t. I hadn’t even worn it yet!! I will have to go back for a third time but this is NOT my idea of customer service at all. I won’t shop here again and I don’t think that a policy that would try to force me to is ever in the customers favour or does much to make customers want to shop with you when you won’t stand behind your products enough to not “hijack” our money. My advice? Shop somewhere else. So disappointing.

We came in with an idea for designs, and they helped us figure out exactly what it was that we wanted. They responded to questions and requests quickly and were very helpful. I couldn't be happier with my experience or the result
