โ โ โ โ โ Just waked into this store and wanted to buy an Omega Seamaster. Both sales reps were on their phones when I rang the door buzzer, took several minutes for them to open the door. When I entered both just kept on their phones and didnโt even ask if they could help me. I immediately just walked right back out. Other reviewers are right, worst customer service. Go to Lugaro or Cristo instead.

Donโt know if the service can be worse. Went in, no welcome. Said hello, no respond. Ask about product, no stock and no valuable information given. And the sales doesnโt seem to know much about the the product I inquired. So I figured Iโll go, so I said thank you on my way out and no one reply with anything. Not just one person, then entire store feels dead and VERY unfriendly.
Seems like nobody is able to talk.
Will not walk into this store ever again. Iโll suggest you not to visit if you wish to enjoy the rest of Richmond centre.

โ โ โ โ โ Not happy with the service provided. Replaced battery on my Cartier, few months later watch stopped working and they could not even find me in their database. Left my watch to be inspected - had to call 5 weeks later and they did not know what was going on nor where my watch was. A day later I received a call with a service quote of $545 - asked what they did on a service and they did not know. I am getting my watch back and going elsewhere

Compared to brand boutiques, price here is better and service quality keeps same.

โ โ โ โ โ I would give zero stars if I could. I took my Omega watch in for service and they said it's all being shipped to Omega in Toronto to do the servicing. I paid the freight cost and off my watch went. 3 months later they call me and said that my watch is back and can be picked up. I didn't realize until I got home and looked at the paperwork (which was conveniently hidden inside the box) that they didn't send it to Omega. They sent it to a 3rd party servicer in Vancouver. I came to you as an authorized dealer of Omega watches so that I can service my watch with Omega. If I wanted to go to a third party I could have done so myself. Why do I need to do it thru you? So you can charge me extra shipping? Avoid this place! As an AD for luxury watches, that is really shady business practices.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm upping my review from 1-star, to 3-stars. Against my better judgement, I decided to give Siba one more try. This time they actually allowed me into the shop, where they were helpful. They suggested I return in a few weeks when they expected the item I was looking for to arrive.
I'll post an updated review at that time to let you know how it goes.
There may be hope for this shop after all...we'll see.

What can I say that hasn't been said already. Service is horrible! I wanted to see one of the watches on display and they wouldn't even let me in the store. They size you up and if you don't appear up to their standards, then don't expect to be granted access to the store.
Perhaps if they saw the Rolex Daytona on my wrist they would have a change in heart.
In any case, I wont be back.
