I called in to the store to have a pair of shoes put on hold, left my name but they didn't ask for any other info. When I got to the store an hour later, after driving from the downtown location, they had sold the pair of shoes to someone else. What a waste of time and gas.

I am very sorry to say that ALDO product is very very bad. It’s totally waste of money. I had a bad experience with their products. We bought 2 pair of winter boots for me & my husband. Which was the newly arrived & it’s was the mostly expensive one in the entire store. But the boots doesn’t work-full in winter time. It’s was the worst product I have ever bought. I don’t know how the water go inside although it was waterproof boots yet. They changed one pair & still same problem. Just went again and want my refund but the store manager was very rude with us. She did many excuses. I will never recommend anyone to buy ALDO shoes. As there are many better product in market with the same price, then why should I buy ALDO???

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I purchased a pair of sandals, however when I returned them due to a size issue, the crew did not listen to me. They stated the item had been worn and that they couldn't accept a return, although I was arguing with them. It was only tried at home. When I returned the item on the third day after purchasing it, the staff was even more rude and disrespectful. This was my first and final visit to the place. Not only that, but when I looked at the sandles, "I told the person working there that I didn't believe this pair was fresh, so could you kindly get me a new pair? Then he said, "This is the only pair they have," pointing to some scrathes on the sandle's bottom. He also stated that if there is a size issue, I would be able to return it within 60 days." However, when I arrived, a man introduced himself as the store's manager, which I do not believe. "He said he knows his job very well" He flatly denied the claim and walked away from the conversation. ALDO, in my opinion, should hire some competent employees that value their consumers.

Do not purchase shoes online or from the Richmond Centre location if you have any issues with sizing, because returning them will be the biggest hassle! Still waiting for a response from the District Manager about a poor customer service experience at the store when attempting to exchange and refund my shoes. It's been over 3 weeks so I decided to contact them again and still no response from the District Manager. In response to the comment below. I have emailed twice and no response for a month now. Extremely poor customer service overall and no regard for the customer's experience.

I don't usually leave reviews but the associate that assisted my mom and me (associate number: 467xxx39) was incredible. He brought the shoes directly to us and even prepared the shoes for us to try along with insoles. He did say that it was his third day but he deserves a raise :) Also, I think it would be a good idea if Aldo (corporate side) can consider developing a customer review platform. That way associates can be recognized directly through Aldo rather than through a Google review.

Very bad and dishonest customer service When I ordered my shoes the guy said it will take 3 business days, its now taking over 15 business days. The worst customer service you can get, they are rude and unprofessional!

I love how there's lots of shoe class to choose from and that each class offers at least five different pairs of shoes with sizes available, if not available, they are still available online as being said by one of the staff. The customer service was way better than last year's.

Compared to Metrotown store, this one needs a lot of improvement. They gave me a pair of damaged β€œnew” shoes. I wasn’t aware of it until two weeks later when I tried to try them on and found out there’re extra fabric and extra stitches. So I went to Metrotown store to exchange for a new one. Then when the sales took a closer look at the shoes, I saw that the bottom of the shoes were completely dirty and no label on it. It’s like someone’s already walked outside and returned that pair of shoes. Thanks to the Metrotown sales for exchanging a new pair for me. I was super embarrassed actually coz I swear I just opened the box and absolutely didn’t wear them outside of that Richmond store.
