Since I was a child, I love shopping here. Always have good clothing that will last. I bought some items online and was allowed to exchange in store. Associate was very help and was able to do the exchange with no hesitation. Thank you.

Marzana was super helpful to my friends and i in the fitting room! she was super kind and friendly! Also after she helped me, Rose came and helped me with signing up with u guys while checking out and was also very patient and friendly! They both just made my shopping experience a lot better! :)

The store is clean and very well organized! The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and helped me find the sizes I was looking for. I had nothing but pleasant experience while shopping in this store!

I went by on Thursday, March 25th and the staff at this store were so lovely and helpful! I had a great experience looking for jeans and walked away with a pair that I really loved. In general the different styles and fits are great, but what really made it stand out was the incredible customer service.

I went to American Eagle with my son after going to several clothing stores. I was tired and felt warm being inside the Richmond Centre for a long time. When we were at AES, the sales associate offered us a larger fitting room and had a big bench to sit on. After my son trying on some jeans, he liked the one that was not on sales. The sales associate helped us to ask her colleague if she could give us a discount. She cheerfully gave it to us. We happily walked out the store with a pair of jeans that my son loves. They might not realize that she had made our day. Much appreciated.

I know excellent customer service when I see it and feel it deserves recognition. Mikayla was very friendly and greeted me when I entered and helped me find the last item in a particular size by looking it up in their system to see if it was available in store, then found it on the floor and brought it to me. She also rang up my transaction and was able to locate my old membership account to receive the discount. I really appreciate her assistance and had a pleasant experience thanks to her help! Excellent customer service is hard to find, the district manager would do well to reward and promote such great staff in order to retain them. I would strongly recommend this location because the staff were so friendly and helpful.

American Eagle is one of my favourite brands. Sometimes, I struggle finding jeans because of my size. But I love shopping here, since all the employees are so kind and helpful. The customer service at any America Eagle you go is amazing! I specifically would like to say thanks to Rose for helping me to find the right size and jeans for me! You’re so lovely and patience! ?
